Fire out the back!

I dreamt I was asleep and was awoken to knowing there was a fire outside.
I got up and looked out the back door to see a yellow, orange, red glow in the near distance.

I decided it was not too close and I was safe to go back to bed... so I did.
But when I got back in bed, I changed my mind and got back up to go and keep an eye on it. When I got to the back door I could see that some embers had blown into the backyard and sparked spot fires all over the yard. I grabbed the hose and turned the water on. It flowed nicely and I got all the fires put out.

I thought to myself, "I better check the front" so I made my way to the front yard.
I looked out and could see no fire at all ... not even in the distance. I decided it was too risky to leave it and went to collect the hose to bring it out the front "just in case".
As I was pulling the hose through the house out to the front, I realised the hose was tangled up.
I knew if I had to turn the water on that it would not flow and it would be dangerous. I needed to untangle the hose. That is how the dream ended, with me sitting out the front untangling the hose...

New things coming dream

I dreamed I was in a room with about 20 people. I was instructing them to go and put on their uniform. I told them that what they were about to commit to was going to be very hard. It was going to take dedication and commitment. They needed to be sure that they were not going to give up but go through to the end of the training.
They were all dressing in their military uniform and getting ready to start the training. I was helping them get their uniform on and in doing this I needed to tape food to their garments. I was taking this very seriously as I didn't want them to get out there and decide it was too hard because they didn't have enough food.
I was on my hands and knees trying to tape a carton of milk to this woman's uniform - and she kept moving and dodging me. I was crawling around after her trying to attach the milk but she was not convinced she needed it. I assured her she absolutely did and she needed to listen to me. I looked in her eyes and thought "yes she definitely wants help" but her actions were proving otherwise. I was thinking I am not going  to waste time with people like this.

Just then I was in another place - with Steve. At our house (old house). I was trying to convince him we needed to move to be in the right place to serve at the training center ... he was not convinced. He said, "But I like it here." I said, "Come, come and I will show you how great this place is and you have a very important job!" He agreed to come and look.

We were outside the property (where I was inside before) and looking over a big property with a large fence around the outside. There was an open entry that anyone could walk through. The house looked really big - like many houses stuck together - all different sizes stuck together.

On the outside (as we walked through the gate) was a big ground that needed taking care of. There was a ladder and a basketball hoop that needed fixing. There was carpet that needed rolling up and storing and big gardens that needed looking after. I told Steve that this was his job.

He was still not convinced but I pushed him. He started to pick up the ladder and got up to fix the hoop ... he was starting to enjoy it. But wasn't convinced we should move.
Then he got the carpet and rolling it up and I said, "Can I help you?" and he said, "No, I can do it..." and I said ok well I have to do other things now..." He said ok and we went on to do what we both were there to do

Are the Emirates still with you Nikki?

I dreamed we were having a church service in a Theater and it took many steps to get down to the floor level.

Outside were many people, frequenting the businesses out the front of the Theater. They all seemed to have musical instruments... maybe they had all just come out of a Theater performance?

One lady had a very high pole and her keyboard was balancing on it... she did her performance on stilts with her high keyboard!

I chatted to some outside and then decided to go down and start setting up for our service.
I went to the stage that was elevated quite high ... it took several steps on each side of the stage to reach the top of the stage.

I got to the stage and was looking up at the height of the stage and there were people up there.
One of them came over to me and said, "Do you still have the EMIRATES with you?"

I said um... I don't know... (trying to work out who they were)...
As I was thinking what the EMIRATES were I was trying to clear the stage of a rope boarder that was up to block off the stage... I grabbed the wrong thing and thought to myself... oh I just got tricked!

3 Story House Dream

I was being taken through the house I was going to move (me and my family) into. 

I thought it was strange as there was no real "front" to the house. 

There was a big fence that covered the entire property and if you didn't know where to look you wouldn't find the door. 

A very large leafy tree was concealing the door to the property but I was able to find it. 

Then I opened the door and before me was a stair case. I realised it was a BIG 3 story house. 

1st Story - Kitchen / Living

2nd Story - Bathroom / Bedrooms

3rd Story - a room that I had to climb many stairs to get to. When I got to the door... the whole room was swaying from the very strong wind. I was allowed in the room and all I needed to do was open the door and go in... but I was so afraid at how violently the room was shaking in the wind. I had my hand on the door for ages but I couldn't slow my heart rate down to be able to enter! 

So I backed down and went out to the back yard.

Backyard - Red Brick large yard with 7 really green shrubs (young Pencil Pines) and a gate down the side.

I thought to myself how nice those Pencil Pines will look when they are fully grown and not hard to look after.

I decided that I would take the property and give it a go.

2 Miscarried Babies Dream

I dreamed that I was at a place and my step sister came to me dressed in a black "sack cloth"
(I have never seen a sack cloth but if anything I could imagine would look like sack cloth this would be it.)
She also had a black hat on. She was in mourning for the 6 month old baby she had just miscarried. All I could think was that - that is a very close to being born baby that died. I was quite unemotional about it.

As I sat there pondering this, my cousins wife came in and informed me that she was now mourning the 11 week old baby that she had miscarried. I remember thinking ... wow that was a young baby that died.

I then reclined and relaxed not having any emotion about the babies that had died.

(Quite disturbing to me)

Fire, Monkeys, Strawberry Bubbles & Lions Dream

I dreamed that as I lay in my bed asleep, fire was falling from the sky all around me. Suddenly fire was all around Steve and I and flames were at the bottom of my feet.
I sleepily said, "It's getting hot in here hey!" My lips are burning!".
Steve said (half asleep), "Don't worry, it's just the fire"
I woke up properly (in my dream) and saw how close the fire was to me and decided we needed to get out of there as I felt afraid.

We both got up and left that place of fire and went to a "lower" world. We sorted out our house but evil monkeys lived there who were trying to steal our things and cause trouble for us.

So we decided to leave the monkey world and go to an island for a while. There were shells there that were attached to things on the land and they were blowing these bubbles that smelled like strawberry and emitted a very very captivating light.

At first I thought they were beautiful shells but I realised they were tricking me too and the light was evil. So I began to pop the bubbles in frustration until they were all gone. Then I went and stood out on the shore of the island and gazed out onto the horizon.

As I stood there looking out to the sun-line ... I was thinking about what we were going to do as we had exhausted all living possibilities that I knew of. I was feeling defeated... when my eyes beheld a strange sight.

It appeared as though a tsunami had pulled the ocean back... and the wave was starting to ride back in... but as it got closer to me I realised it was a massive number of male Lions paddling at high speed toward the monkey world.

I was astounded! There were 100s of 1000s of male Lions swimming with such fierceness and I was excited and very afraid.

I shouted at Steve to come quickly and jump in with me, which he did. We both had fear that we would be sucked under the water from the current the Lions had created with their paddling. But we weren't and we paddled with the Lions until we lined up in a perfect straight line until we all hit the shore of the monkey world.

Then all very rapidly, the Lions bounded fiercely out of the water and towards the monkeys that were fleeing, and the Lions tore all the monkeys to shreds. Every last one of them.

Steve and I stood there in fear and wonder.

Country Walk Dream

Steve and I and a group of our people were walking in the country. We walked down a long (backward 7) shaped road. We had reached the end and the group turned around and walked back. Steve and I walked behind and came across an Inn B&B where the room out the front was for guests. We laid back in this room relaxing and admiring the sunset ... enjoying each others company.

Afterward a lady brought a tray of goodies. On it was a shell cup with rose tea in & a bowl of perfectly cooked chips & another drink. I marveled over the beautiful crockery. I smelled the rose tea served in a shell ans it was sweetly fragrant and pink. It was a very serene moment.

Then I realised how behind we were and panicked a little but then the Inn Keeper delayed me just a little while longer ... to sign the guest book.
